Your chart data stays under your control.

We store your account details, saved charts, API keys in a secure form and request counts, so the workspace and API can run. You see each API key only once.

Public and private charts

You can use the studio without an account. A saved chart gets a public link only when you turn on public embedding. Anyone with that link can view the chart, so treat it like an unlisted link. Turn public access off and the link stops working.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of PlotLark for us: sign-in and database storage, abuse protection, email delivery for support, hosting, anonymous analytics and error monitoring.

How long we keep it

You can export your account data in the product. Deleting your account removes your saved charts, public links, API keys, usage counts and profile. Some service logs may be kept for a short time.
